Next to Louis Vuitton, DAYOU MAD, short for Migratory Atypical Dining, is the group’s most experimental project yet.
The fully open, 360-degree layout blurs café, bar and kitchen into one. Coffee comes from Beijing’s first Linkbar system, while cocktails revolve around Negronis, including a baijiu-and-rose version worth seeking out.
Recently, MAD Sanlitun won 'Western Creative Cuisine Recommended Restaurant of the Year' at 2025 Time Out Beijing Food & Bar Awards.
